Flour dusted rustic boules with a crisp exterior crust and soft and chewy center - need we tempt you any further?  The signature Etalia dough recipe uses natural, organic, and local ingredients that will trick your taste buds into thinking that this gluten free line of products is nothing but the glutenous counterpart that any gluten intolerant individual remembers once enjoying and still longs for. 



Kristin Carman, founder of Etalia has spent nearly four years innovating in commercial kitchens to develop her line of gluten free artisan breads.  From the discovery of her own gluten intolerance, she was determined to invent fulfilling bread options that would allow no compromise in flavor or texture.  This premium line includes rustic boules, pizza dough, and ciabatta rolls; all of which happen to be gluten free and non-GMO. 



Etalia offers distinctive breads and pizza dough to accompany any dining experience.  First introduced over two years ago in the Colorado market, Etalia is prevalent in numerous restaurant locations.  Chefs can order breads and pizza dough by food service cases. Driven by consumer demand, retail packaging is also now available for broad placement at specialty shops and grocery stores.  With this option, people can now enjoy Etalia products, not just out, but in the comfort of their own homes too.
 
Etalia strives to bring a little bit of happiness to people.  They set out to make breads and pizza dough that are enticing on their own and which happen to also be gluten free.  We're confident that the creativity does not stop here.  Rumor has it that research and development is in the works for an Etalia breakfast item.  Watch for more to come!
