Cezary
Grosfeld has ambition and jumped on a great market niche. Moving to
Denver from Poland, he recognized an insufficient representation of
Polish food in the Denver area. In 2007 he opened his first
restaurant Kinga's Lounge. At this establishment Cezary identified his
highest selling item to be the pierogies that he was importing from
Chicago. He decided why not buy his own machine and start making
perogies himself.
  
Pierogies are delicious dumplings with a wide variety of
fillings. Pierogies Factory
currently produces potato & cheese, potato & onion, and feta
& spinach pierogies. All three flavors are vegetarian. How
you decided to plate your pierogies is where you can let your creative
juices flow. Some options include traditional butter sauce, green
chile, and tomato and mushrooms. Cezary's even been known to wrap
his pierogies in bacon, served with a side of sour cream habanero
sauce.
You'll find Pierogies Factory
pierogies at area farmers markets, at Cezary's most recent restaurant Polished Tavern, in
their Pierogies Factory mobile food truck, in retail packaging for your
freezer aisles, and now in food service packaging for your restaurant
menus. Pierogies Factory seems to be just that, with the ability
to produce 7,000 pieces per hour!
Whether you choose to offer small plates, tapas, appetizers, starters,
or a side dish, Pierogies Factory
pierogies are a fit for it all. They come to you fully cooked and
frozen, and can be boiled, pan fried, or deep fried, and ready for your
guests in 2-3 minutes. Available in 16oz retail boxes and 15#
bulk food service cases, you can choose which is the perfect fit for
your establishment.
